we made cheese puffs 

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup (125g/4.4oz) plain flour
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 cups (200g/7.05oz) grated tasty cheddar cheese
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/2 cup (125ml/4.22 fluid oz) milk

METHOD

Preheat oven to 200 C (392 F)
Gently mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Drop large spoonfuls into greased patty tins or on a cold baking tray.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until puffed and golden.

                                                           What we did for health

Hello boys and girls ladies and men today I will be telling you what we have done so far for heath. We were learning about LGTBQIA+ and Mens and boys private parts, and how they change. if you don't know LGBTQIA+ stands for lesbian,Gay,bisexual,transgender,Queer,Intersex,asexual. + sign meaning other. On June 28th 1969, the first LGBT+ protest happen because they were being treated unfairly for who they are and what they believe and want to be.

Aim: Make milk into plastic

Material:

Stove, oven or microwave

Measuring cup

Measuring spoon

pot or microwaveable container

white vinegar and paper towels

spoon

mug

Optional : food colouring glitter, or cookie clutters for decoration.

Method:

Pour 1 cup of milk into the pot or microwaveable container

Heat the milk in the microwave or on the stove until it is steaming

add 4 teaspoons white vinegar to a mug

add the hot milk into the mug with the vinegar 

Stir the mixture with the spoon

Stack 4 layers of paper tower on to a surface that is safe to get damp

Scoop out the curds with the spoon and place then on the paper towels

fold the paper towels over the curds and press down to obs orb excess liquid

knead all the curds together into a ball of dough

colour shape or  mold the dough as you like

you can colour you dough with food colouring

you can add glitter to make the dough sparkle

you can use cookie cutters to shape your dough

or you can sculpt your dough with your hands

what shapes can you create

put all of you creations on a paper towel

now you have turned milk into plastic

4.Safely Listen to the teacher.

1. Collect your equipment .

2. Put some water into the tray.

3. Squirt some detergent into the water .

4.Put on your  safely glasses.

5. The up any long hair.

6. Take off any jewellery.

Rugby league training

What I did in training was ball passing paradise and

running defence moves and tackling. It took 2 hours.
